Violations of Saudi Exit/Re-entry Visas

If a beneficiary of a Saudi exit/re-entry visa is currently outside Saudi Arabia, it is important to note that converting the exit/re-entry visa into a final exit visa is not permitted. After a period of 2 months from the expiry date of the Saudi exit/re-entry visa, the phrase "exited and did not return" will automatically be recorded for the respective expatriate.

Simplified Departure Registration

Previously, it was necessary to visit the Passport Department to register the departure of an expatriate who did not return. However, the Jawazat has announced that such visits are no longer required. The period of the entry ban will be calculated based on the Hijri calendar, starting from the date of expiry of the Saudi exit/re-entry visa.
